谢谢,我是很想坚持,但现在心情很差,寂寞孤单,很多事情都纠缠到一起,可能有些神经衰弱,不知补考的后果,真的很难,有时都不敢想下去,
可作决定迫在眉结!

把你放弃读下去的理由一条一条列出来, 自己看看是不是站得住脚. 如果只是因为目前心情差,身体不适,可以找出几天来好好放松放松,调整调整自己. 现在放弃毕竟有点儿可惜.

是啊, 这也是难作决定的地方。这几天一直放松,试图调整过来。可是没有。以这种状态很难准备考试及下学期的繁重课程。我也曾逐条列出理由。有时想想,真是万念惧灰!

你好像放松的时候根本就一直把考试的事放在心里, 白天可能是玩儿啦,晚上心底的担忧都翻出来,更加担心而睡不着. 你不如别玩儿啦, 马上复习补考, 或许晚上心里踏实能睡好些.

For insomnia, I have some experience. First of all, insomnia is not harmful, only the worrying insomnia is bad to your health.If you can not go asleep, then just do other things and do not sleep. Second, you have to spend even 10 minutes everyday to exercise your two legs, like run slowly. Third, search some jokes on the web before sleep, fouth, drink some sugur water and add a spoon of vinegar and that will help before going to bed. Don't worry and good luck.
