You can go TD bank branches for the program pamphlets about which band plays which program at which time. They also have free workshops where musicians talk about their music experiences anddemonstrate how to play certain musical instruments.

Ever tried the Toronto Zoo? There might be another polar bear available to be your company for the concert. A friendly reminder. :))))))))))))

Thanks for your reminder, but I prefer "between 10 AM AND 2 PM" or "from 10 AM TO 2 pm". Do not try to be others' English teacher, if you are NOT qualified. :)))))))) Otherwise, you would definitely make a fool of yourself.

Last but not least, this post is for those HUMAN BEINGS who love Jazz, NOT for bears or whatever creatures other than human beings. The end.

Just got back from the festival, and Mayor David Miller showed up as well. The program description says that Zhao's band will be the first group from China in the history of the Downtown Toronto Jazz Festival, so we got to go there to cheer him up. :)

Zhao is amazingly great at English speaking and writing. He flew to Toronto around 10:00 this morning, and started his concert without much rest around 1:30 PM. He had no English songs,

这就是把中国音乐爵士化,KENNY G. 的“末梨花” 就是一个范例。搞音乐的靠这刁虫小技赚不到钱。

You mean to cheer him on, not cheer him up, right? Do not try to be others' English teacher, if you are NOT qualified. :)))))))) Otherwise, you would definitely make a fool of yourself.

Thanks a lot for making a fool of youself. :))))) I prefer to use CHEER HIM UP in this specific context, why? I guess you must know. I prefer to use CHEER HIM ON, if he does his show in China-his home country, why? I guess you must know it as well. :)Just in case you DO NOT know, find someone who DOES KNOW AND IS QUALIFIED TO BE AN ENGLISH TEACHER to let you know.
Sorry that I can not show any respect for you, who, in my point of view, are definitely one of those having NO guts at all to write English often, while having laughable guts to be others' English teachers in public.
The end.

Sorry, but I respectfully disagree. Are you saying that Zhao was UNHAPPY to be the first group from China in the history of the Downtown Toronto Jazz Festival? You had to cheer him up to make him less unhappy? Could you clarify? BTW, ...you need to brush up on your manners.
