he doesn't ganratee to find you job......it's more like u find the job whereveer and post him to help him to build his job database......to attract more candidate to visit and pay money.......and if u find job yourself, he may not return your money. (not sure!)

What I am saying is: he doesn't do the job of "finding you job", but collect money.........at the same time, you help him to build job database.
