Windsor, Hamilton一带吧,延伸到Kitchener&Waterloo, 多伦多外围有一些小城市是,多伦多主业不是制造业.

Kao .. Canadian National Railway profit will drop sharply ... So we cannot expect too much on 安省制造业 :) But it has nothing to do with the job in Toronto ... most 安省制造业 is outside of GTA.

traditional manufacture sectors at ON is bad since CAD$ goes up. other industory maybe good since CAD$. I know mining companies are doing very well at ON. TTC is doing very well.
