$1.14 is the normal price. But if you are not with Bell for LD, you can get a promotion price ($.20 to China) for a year, then you'll be put back to thenormal price. LD means Long Distance, Basicly if you are not with Bell for Long Distance, you can get Bell's First Rate Winback Oversea Plan for .20/minto CHina for a year. Also get a calling card attached to your home line, so anywhere in Canada call to China, get the same rate .20/min. Then after a year, the rate will be back to normal ($1.14/min).
