I read books, magazines, talking to people, and searching in internet. There is a very good magazine " Wood Smith", you should be able to see in another bookstore. There is 3-4 projects in detail on each issue.

Maple/Birch/Oak/Ash are light color. Birch is the lightest, then maple, ash, white oak. After you plan the wood, the edge is sharp like a knife, you can use sand paper to get the edge little round off. For tools, it all depends on, how fancy door you want to make, but you have got all startup tools.
I don't understand "用Planner打平边角时是否需要夹具来固定?", the planer isn't used for 打平边角.

Firstly I have to correct two english word "Plane" and "Planer"Planer is a power tool, used to plan off the rought cut board. Plane is hand tool. I think you mean Plane, instead of Planer. I use Jointer to do it, if you want to use Plane, you have to use clamp to hold down to the table, for exapmle, look at my workbench.
