Why not use phone card? You can buy it in Chinatown with 7.5 discount. Usually a phone card valued $10 can use up to 140 mins while you call small chinese cities and 160 mins for Beijing, Shanghai...

are you trying to say " Sunny international", if so, i am using it, the quality is very good in here( listening), but my wife complaint that she here some chopping sound over there ( listening in CHINA).
