Be careful not to be used as a tool by Devil Miller and its likes and shoot a good guy who said something awefulHe is a good guy because:

1) he is saving my tax dollars

2) he hired a lot our asian workers

it is true that "dog" is not an insulting word in English as in Chinese. The Beatles has a song in which there is a sentence that goes, "I have been working like a \dog." But you still sense the insultand disgust in his tone of voice.
