可能你的DVD机设置成PAL的了, 而你的电视机是NTSC的, 改一下DVD机的设置即可,跟碟无关

Is it possible that your DVD disk's format is in PAL, but your TV and DVD set as NTSC? It is happen in my DVD machine too.

DVD disk format is PAL? First time to hear that. The disk can play in computer.
