枫下家园 / 生活杂事 / no more than 30 years old, but my belly starts to protrude.And I have not had a baby yet. Looking at the fat around my waist, I am wondering what can I do with it? The rest of my body is still the same as before. My weight is the same. What can I do with this troublesome belly? Does anybody have any good suggestion? Thanks a lot!

Not sure if you are a man or lady. In the first case you should be proud of yourself because many VIPs have an enlarged abdomen.
