给点片面的数据，就能得出保守党排斥移民的结论吗？看看移民部的处理时间，发达国家本来就快，穷国一直慢。中国申请人等待时间大约是60个月，和其他贫困国家相差无几。批准的人数少大概和申请人减少有关。保守党政策是吸引留学生。不过是倾向于这一部分学生移民，比较不利于成年人的技术移民。整体来讲，并没有排斥移民的概念。
加拿大人口老龄化，每年都期望新移民来工作，纳税，排斥移民根本就是不可行。不过是在不同的群体之间选择而已。

Well, union should. All politician should do things for people support him/her. From this perspective, it is correct for Jack Layton be left wing and speak for unions.
