刺激内需 is not easy, or China would do it long time ago. When the US rose to world power, global trade and investment were far less developed. A country could develop when other nations falter.But now is a different time, the world economy is linked closely together. If the US and European economy decline rapidly, foreign investment and export jobs in China will have a steep decline as well. China's stock market already declined >70% this year and the home prices are falling fast also.
