说话不要这么不留余地，要不你会后悔的自己跳垃圾桶里了。如果因为各种原因，比如搬家，或者政府记录有问题，你没有受到选卡。凭ID可以去civic centre登记。在advance voting开始后，登记的时候就可以投票。自己做点home work吧。
