枫下家园 / 生活杂事 / 刚买了一台喷墨打印机，epson C40, $49，一包照片打印纸，kodak 25张$15。试了一下，效果很好，输出4x6尺寸的，不贴近看（<20cm）看不出和普通照片的区别。请问各位行家，如何在photo shop里调整和处理，如何配置打印机参数，使输出效果达到最佳状态，看起来更明快，更清晰？我准备主要用来打大尺寸的，如 8x10的，店里扩一张要8块，自己打印，成本大约2块。

Select dpi to 1440, the highest, try to use computer RAM not printer's RAM. For home use photo printer actually you can not do much, please take care of the following issue:

Why don't you ask Rolia before buy it? :) I don't think yours have IC chip because C40 is low end printer. The chip set is expensive. To verifyyou can print some photos (use some inks) and take off the cartridge, then install it again. If you printer tests this is a new cartridge, this means there is no chip. The chip set can remember how much ink you've used. As I know, there is no way to reset the chip. Hopefully "Biosxp.com" can fix it.

我知道epson的耗材不是很便宜，但彩色打印效果应该是各品牌中比较出色的。high-end大家都有好产品，价格也贵，但low-end是epson的便宜又好。如果只耗材便宜而打印效果不理想，买来没有啥用。没有芯片就太好了（墨盒本身没有任何导线、触点与打印机连接，更证明了这一点），我就可以试试refill 的墨水了，不知道效果是不是下降的很明显。
要是有芯片估计也是93c46一类的，多年以前碰到某激光打印机的墨粉盒也带芯片，立即reset 之

epson打印机颜色饱和度如何？眼睛对彩色色调的差异很敏感，替代墨水黑色还行彩色可能不好控制。

C40是什么？记得epson的一直是color xxx，或者photo xxx，前者是低端普通用途的，后者是低端照片效果的
