你要买HOUSE呀. 我买不起. 只买了一个TOWNHOUSE,21万左右,BRANDNEW. 是去年年底买的. 房价还没被抄起来. 现在可能时候不是太好了. 房价已经涨了10-20%

现在利率低啊，我三月初锁定的利率，三年才4.5%,五年5.6%，贷20万每个月才1100元，和房租差不多。所以想买房。

买house的原因是朋友说加拿大房子每年贬值，地每年升值，所以一定要有地，而townhouse的地虽然有产权，但是难以转手。
