各位帮忙解答一下用电是否有初装费？谢谢。

Does it include deposit? If it does, you can call them, they may remove the deposit for you. It's about 140$.

Thanks, warhook, I have checked the bill and found no deposit line showed up there, 223 dollars are poped up on 'current charges' field,so..... thanks anyway and may see any others' input.

Hi, Just for your info. Actually for electric it shouldn't be so expensive, but if it is for GAS, it's very possible.

By the way, I think electric should be charged together with water. I mean they are in same bill.
