枫下家园 / 生活杂事 / 请教一下关于rebate的事，大家有没有碰到过？我在圣诞节期间帮朋友装机，卖了两台samsung显示器，当时是$50/台的mail in rebate(各个店都有)，我mail了回去后上个月回来了一张支票，但只有50元，我很确定当时确实是mail了两台的资料(在一起)我有什么方法可以追回另一个？来的支票除了知道是samsung来的，就没有别的信息了。：(

Do you have the copy of receipts, or docs you mailed to samsung? You should make a photo copy before you mailed them out.

I think you could check their website, and you should be able to find a customer service number. Try that number. Good luck

大部分rebate只能1 rebate for 1 address。如果1个以上，估计没戏

I know some of them are like that but this time, they didn't mention on the rebate rules.

小字，要找这边的商家退钱，一定要看小字。而且要看背面的小字。说不定你看漏了。

真的？反正我光记得当时是看过条款没问题的，因为商店给的receipt是一张，所以一起寄的。：( 那坛子上游没有DX也是那时候买的samsung，还留了rebate复印件的？知道希望近乎于0，还是。。。：(
