Tunnet的国际电话直通卡很好用，虽然贵一点，但是基本上不乱扣钱，可以打7.5折，10元面值的可以打87分钟。

我一直用CICI, 稍贵一些, $5 * 75% 可以打中国主要城市42~47分钟, 没有其他任何费用, 6个月过期.
