呵呵，看来是你的IE设置有问题，CTRL+F5是强制更新，不试不灵，一试就灵，而且还是万试万灵。

我的电脑是英文，跟着这条线找：IE Menu -> Tools -> Internet Options -> General (Tab) -> Temporary Internet files -> Settings -> Check for newer versions of stored pages: 你那里选择了什么？应该是Automatically。
