枫下家园 / 生活杂事 / 小弟租住现在的房子，已经一年了，听说房屋押金在房主那里1年以上有利息的。好像是6%。不知道是不是这个样子。我租的是apartment不知道怎么和房屋管理员联系。有经验的大虾。介绍一下。

是正好到一年的那一个月份寄来，还是会提前一些呢？第一次办这个事情不是很清楚。谢谢。要是没有我是不是可以在房租里面扣除的呀？
