reatil store里也需要的，我看到他们把我的iphone连到itune，然后才可以activate。我的是rogers的。

thx, i will do so later on.. i thought device was defective ...and I called telus tech support... doesn't seem to be helpful, even i mentioned to them device was purchased on web store team directely...
