我的网络用的是CIA,电话是CIK.到目前为止,还没有任何问题.四台电脑同时看高清,上网,打电话也没问题.

用了几年了，还不错啊。声音不比bell的差多少，就是它对老客户没优惠，而且长途不便宜

Thanks for rely. Is CIA and CIK same company? i have to have Bell telephone to use CIK internet. Now i am using Rogers. i don't know if Bell will charge the installation fee for switching to Bell. thanks.

不好意思，我原用bell电话，后改用cik,我听朋友用的说电话音质有点漂，但我这儿真的不错，我用的是rogers网络（没换过），装cik网络才要用bell电话，只用它的电话是不用的。我最喜欢它的是它的打中国长途音质好。尽管贵一点，但我真不想省点钱麻烦一堆，我不喜欢用电话卡打长途回国。用它打中国只要打：01186+电话号码就行了，方便

不同意见：cik头一年用的时候音量大效果好，现在第三年经常对方来电听不清，成了心病了，客服也找了多回，再考虑吧，好多因素的。（个人看法。）

第一年用的还挺好， 可自从他们今年搞什么系统升级后，我的上网一直没有好过，说100M，我看从来没有过，而且经常断线，我都要抓狂了，明年一定换掉

thanks. i only want to use their telephone as it is so cheap compared to Bell and Rogers. For Internet, i don't want to use theirs as i have to pay $34.99 as i don't have Bell telephone. so their internet is not cheap at all.
