He is better than I thought at least on keeping some of his promises up to now. As far as how he performs on all of his promises time will tell.

Another good example is the Federal Conservative. Mr Harper lowered GST from 7% to 5%, and officially made apology to victims of Head Tax, as he promised during the election campaign.
