还可以吧。。。用CABLE还是无流量限制的--理论是只有300G, 但他们并不检查流量。

I just switched from Rogers to Teksavvy - it is "seamless", I regret for not doing this earlier. It was so easy - total Internet off time is only 5 minutes..

I use Teksavvy cable internet for a month and got the internet down this morning. I was waiting for one hour online but have not got chance to talk with the tech support. Then left call back number and have not got any answer yet. Very disappointed!

very bad company! 断网已经5天了,打电话不接、放音乐,留言不回。客服电话自动留言说技术故障,也不给客户一个交代,就这么拖着。

如果要优质客服,还是请找3大烂。其实真有问题,他们也是没辙,好在有人接电话而已。小公司,便宜,但是有问题,你可以省心,听天由命了。

修通啦,历时8天。总结:用TKW你得命好,无故障则好,万一故障,客服拖S你,打客服电话最少也要等20分钟才能遇见真人。最好打开电话的SPEAKER功能,一般的问题客服也解决不了,每个人不过是重复他们培训时教的一大套。都是高中生水平。该咋说咋说,没有故障的时候用着还行。
现正在协商8天断网的服务费问题,发了EMAIL,没见到回信。

Cable or DSL service? Mine is very good from the first day. I had never have problem dealing with Teksavvy CS. For 3M lite cable service, I could get up to 10M on laptop, and 7M on IPhone. I used to only get 2M on IPhone with RG's 10M service.

Cable. 其实他们也是二道贩子,技术问题不是出自他们,就是解决问题的态度不太好,总是让客户在电话里等,遇到问题就拖。他们客户多的忙不过来,不CARE多几百少几百客户.

9月底转的TekSavvy,上周4凌晨断网,现在才刚刚接通,历时5天,共打三次电话。据说mississauga一片都有这个问题,要通过Rogers才能修好。自己感觉,小公司便宜,但是服务就差点,全凭运气,供大家参考。

True, I live in Mississauga, and the Cable Internet was down last Thur. and Friday. When this happen, do not expect Teksvvy to fix it right away -they do not have the means, but it is important to let them know, so they will push Rogers if there are more complaints - my two cents. Just leave the call back number instead of wasting time on the line, or go to DSLreport forum to report the problem

Did that happen to Rogers cable users in that area? I think Rogers customers in the area encountered the same problem since they use same cable line.

I got the same concern in Whitby Aera. It was down for a week in the end of Aug. and was told it's problem from Roger's Cable.After that, it was down for a couple of days in two weekends in Sept. It takes several hours for the technical support calling me back and they never help. I got a guy from Rogers to pphysically check the cable in my house and it did not help. I am very disappointed.

rogers的cable是问题多多,我们公司用的是business plan,一年down 4,5次,把电话转成他家cable的也不明说,后来不得不转回 bell了。家里用teksavy就很好。

it's rogers problem because rogers customer fix in 24 hours,tek customer need to wait at least 48 hours then wait another 2 days to fix by rogers suck!!!!. one week to fix by rogers but tek return one week fee.
