I used CBI once, their warehouse is only 5 minutes driving distance from the custom. $5/item and they can hold it for you up to 3 month. But I suspect you are looking for US mail forwarding service, right?

不是卖东西的吧。是你自己在美国网上买，把东西送到那里去，然后自己开车去取。有的东西美国网买了不给邮寄到加拿大的。偶说的对不？

我昨天在CBI注册了，是option １B。但是我在网上买东西的时候，如何填credit card billing address? There is no option for canada address. Can I just put CBI as billing address? Do I have to call credit card company? Thanks

Call your CC company and ask them to add in CBI's address as your temporary primary billing address. But make sure that you switch your billing option to paperless, otherwise, you statements will be sent to CBI.

I called the Credit Card Company and added CBI address as the secondary. But when I entered the card information on-line for shopping, It did not work. Does it take long for the process?

I think you should add the US address as primary billing address. I never tried this myself 'cause I paid by Paypal
