I happened to me. I did not received the code "in seperate emai". So I called Groupon and they had to contact the vendor to provide the code to me again. After that, everythinig was fine. You should call them.

更新最后结果:打了XYMM 提供的电话, 听到可用于联系的邮箱, 再次发了邮件, 两天后收到回邮说"此deal 已过期,will credit back your Groupon account" 心情不是很舒服,回邮说"Please refund the payment to my credit card account in stead of sending me credit" 人家答"ok, 两星期后会退到你的信用卡".今天收到信用卡帐单发现, 退款已收到.
