不明白为什么预付费的还要有月费？不是存钱进去打多少算多少直到没钱然后再续费吗？

WIND的预付费其实跟后付费没有区别的，后付费有的计划，预付费也都有，只是后付费要查credit，预付费不用，后付费每月要出帐单先用后交钱，预付费实时扣费先交钱后用。除了一种pay your way是纯预付费的产品，但是也有5块钱包月local白天任打的套餐。
