Does that mean anyone even a citizen can get free ROM ticket from library? Is it only available in Toronto library? How about libraries in York region? Thank you.

You have to get up very early in the morning and line up. Not all library has it and even some have it but only a few, less than ten. Impossible to get.

只有多伦多图书馆有，像ROM，动物园这类的紧俏票基本上抢不到，你得起的格外格外的早去抢。如果有倒时差的可以去试试运气。
