I am with 7-eleven. It is c25/min/call(incoming and outgoing), c10/outgoing text, free incoming text. $1.25/mth 911 fee. I don't use their data plan as I am mainly downtown and I get wifi everywhere. If anybody has a better one, please advise. Thanks.
