Techsavvy cable Internet用的是Rogers的线路，DSL用的是Bell线路.我用了好几年了，没出过任何问题。我想它出问题的概率和Rogers或Bell出问题的概率是一样的吧？另外Techsavvy的基本流量就有300G，根本不用担心会用超过流量给罚了。

我家的都是BELL的手机，电话部分就是20刀+TAX，用的很好，方便，家里的固定电话取消了，没用。
