if you consider some small or remote area, that's more possible. don't send resume everywhere. just send you think only a few guy suit that position and you are really suit that one.

是这样的，女孩有天生的优势，在哪里都一样。这里更讲究一些职业心理，有女同事，男同事的工作效率提高很大，另外就是不想背性别歧视的黑锅，突显自己的绅士风度。特别是大公司，老板都知道这2点。So....:)))

其实还是歧视女性的心理在起作用，team leader拿女性做底线给大家看，“你不能干的不如一个女人吧？”，女权主义者应该拒绝这种安排，强调和男性平等竞争！

Don't misleading peopleI have been recruiting developers for serveral years, there is no
such thing that recruiters prefer female to males. Business is the business, recruiting is a very professional practice.
The two things I look at in a potential candidate are: technical skills and
comunication ability. Ladies, there is no faster way to get a good job than
studying hard and improving your English.

you will never get interview if you put age/gender/picture in your resume. it is legal issue, no company want to take this risk.
