The bottom line is, nobody wants this to happen. And this type of natural disaster can not be acurately predicted. Now, instead of blaming government and 权威专家, is there anything else we could do to help the people who are suffering?

what about the 911 that wiped out the world trade center? How many tips have been received by CIA? New York times claimed that CIA was given data on hijacker long before 9/11 - there's alwasys people with hinder sight.
